I am Ahmed Keilani, the founder of Dreamers To Doers Academy.
My journey began in 2003 when I became a certified trainer by the American Service Quality Institute in Dubai. Since then, I have trained and coached youth in various places, including Dubai, Amman, Cairo, Muscat, and multiple governorates in Egypt and Jordan.
I have worked in 14 different organisations and embarked on seven business projects, gaining invaluable insights and experience.
In 2012, I officially started helping entrepreneurs by joining UNRWA, working closely with entrepreneurs to evaluate their projects, help develop their businesses, and analyse feasibility studies.
Later, as a business development expert and feasibility studies analysis Expert at Al Ruffd Fund – the government body funding local entrepreneurs in Oman – I delivered numerous lectures, trained and coached entrepreneurs, and re-opened 13 failed projects.
During COVID-19, I shifted to online coaching while continuing to support local entrepreneurs in Oman.
Achievements
Throughout my journey in various places like Dubai, Amman, Cairo, Muscat, and multiple governorates in Egypt, Jordan, and Oman, I have trained and coached over 3,000 innovators, entrepreneurs, business owners, university students, school students, fresh graduates, job seekers, home-based business housewives, CXOs, directors, managers, employees, and dreamers.
I have analyzed more than 300 government-funded feasibility studies, developed over 100 declining businesses, and prepared numerous Business Model Canvases, Feasibility Studies, and Business Plans for micro, small, medium, and large projects.
My Coaching Philosophy
My journey has been filled with challenges. I was an athlete in high school, achieving 4th place in a national shot put competition and playing in volleyball, handball, and basketball teams.
I continued playing basketball at university. Later, I experienced a serious motorbike accident in Egypt, which left me in a coma for 28 days and required 10 weeks of hospitalization and a two-year recovery.
Through faith, self-healing, mental strength, and sports, I fought my way back.
This experience taught me resilience and the importance of a strong mindset, which I now impart to the entrepreneurs I coach.
I understand the obstacles that can derail you and the persistence needed to overcome them.
